Directrix Risk Services is an actuarial and corporate risk management consultancy, specialising in the pricing, financing and control of risks. Directrix is a registered Financial Services Provider and has been operating since 2002 and has most of the South African listed companies as direct or indirect clients. International experience includes several of the largest US, Asian and African companies.

Directrix was founded with the principal aim of providing a link between the very often complex world of risk modelling and the requirements of management and insurance players for understandable and implementable results and solutions. Over the years, Directrix has pioneered several concepts in the South African risk management and insurance markets as well as developed customised modelling tools for the pricing of risk and simulating the impact of alternative risk management strategies.
